We decided to go with Big John’s Moving after comparing him to another local moving company. Both were evenly priced and both owners were exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly upon requesting their services. We went with BJM for a couple of reasons. The first reason was John’s willingness to come to our home, take pictures himself, and provided a rough estimate of the move. The second reason was our in person interactions. I appreciated that I was able to meet him. I was comforted knowing the person who outs be handling my entire home in his hands. The day of the move the four men who came with him were impressive and professional. They were willing to do what was necessary to get the job done. They took every piece exactly where I asked and if I didn’t like it they even scooted it over to a new location. I could not be happier with my decision to go with Big John’s Moving!

Big John and his team took great care of us. They were professional and careful with getting all our items loaded and unloaded. They were extremely helpful getting all our items moved around in our new house where we needed them to be. And mind you this was an extremely rainy day and a 3 hour plus trip to our new home and back. The price for such great service was extremely reasonable and I couldn’t have asked for better help. There were two of them including John himself. They did the most awesome job ever. Very nice, good communication with themselves getting the furniture into my apartment. It didnt cost very much for them to pickup one piece of furniture at one location, then come out to my house and pick up a few more pieces of furniture before heading out to my apartment. If I could give them more stars as a review, I would. I will recommend them to anybody that needs moving services.

Big John is a very reliable and professional business owner. He came out as soon as we called, we set up a move date and they showed up exactly as promised. They treated our belongings with care plus took the beds apart and reassembled them at our new home. The crew works well together and were very easy going. I can't sing their praises enough. PROFESSIONALS. John and his colleague came to my aid specifically for the hard part- removing and loading up my packed belongings and furniture out of a 2nd story apartment with a lot of tight angles. This was time-sensitive, and it would not have been possible to do myself. John promptly returned my message, and scheduled me for a week after I contacted him. He and his partner were a major stress relief for this move: John confirmed twice prior, then arrived early enough to evaluate the property and devise a loading plan. This resulted in loading my 6x12 trailer expertly for fit and balance. John's courteous, friendly demeanor and careful attention to detail significantly reduced the stress of my otherwise self-move. His pricing was very reasonable, and his timekeeping was honest to near fault. Strongly recommend. Thanks again, John.
