John and his colleague came to my aid specifically for the hard part- removing and loading up my packed belongings and furniture out of a 2nd story apartment with a lot of tight angles. This was time-sensitive. John promptly returned my message, and scheduled me for a week after I contacted him. He and his partner were a major stress relief for this move: John confirmed twice prior, then arrived early enough to evaluate the property and devise a loading plan. This resulted in loading my 6x12 trailer expertly for fit and balance. John's courteous, friendly demeanor and careful attention to detail significantly reduced the stress of my otherwise self-move.
